Text messages

Reminders when a payment for your booked photography is coming due, with a link to pay online, and details before your session or wedding day. Message frequency varies, usually a few texts a year. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we text our own staff about new inquiries.

When you sign your agreement with us online, every person who signs answers this question before they can sign. Nothing is chosen for you, and either answer lets you book:

If you booked with us before we started texting, we may send you an email asking whether you'd like texts. It has a button that opens a short page just for you, with this same question, where you choose yes or no and check the mobile number we'd text. The email itself never signs you up: we only text you once you've said yes on that page, and if you'd rather keep to email, there's nothing you need to do.

You can turn texts on or off at any time in your planning hub, under Your account, Text messages. If you'd rather tell us by phone or email, we ask: “Can we text you about your booking, like reminders when a payment is due? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. By saying yes you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.” We note your answer, the date and who noted it on your record before any text is sent. Texting is optional and never a condition of booking.

Reply STOP to any text from us to stop them, and START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or email us at photo.lavenderbouquet@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
