Prices on this site can change. A booking is at the price in your agreement, and your date is held once the agreement is signed and the first payment is made.

For anything arising from this website, our liability is limited to what you have paid us, except for fraud, willful injury or a violation of law, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by South Dakota law, and a dispute about them may be brought in any court with jurisdiction and venue under South Dakota law, including small claims court.
