You're welcome to browse this site and share links to it. The photographs are ours; the Licensing page says what you may do with them.

Prices on this site can change. A booking is at the price in your agreement, and your date is held once the agreement is signed and the first payment is made.

For anything arising from this website, our liability is limited to what you have paid us, except for fraud, willful injury or a violation of law, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by South Dakota law, and a dispute about them may be brought in any court with jurisdiction and venue under South Dakota law, including small claims court.

Lavender Bouquet Photography booking texts. Lavender Bouquet Photography (Cydney Macomber) sends text messages to clients who agree to them, about their booking: reminders when a payment is due, with a link to pay, and details before their session or wedding day. You agree by choosing Yes to the question "Can we text you about your booking?" when you sign your agreement, in your planning hub, or by telling us (see how you agree to texts). Texting is optional and never a condition of booking.

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a year. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts at any time, and START to receive them again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at photo.lavenderbouquet@gmail.com or (605) 389-3299.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy.
